CCM Committees

The ACCM may choose to have committees or working groups devoted to specific areas such as governance, oversight, and technical topics, which will report to, and advise the ACCM. These may be permanent or temporary entities, as the ACCM decides, but the ACCM should define and document the organization, terms of reference, and operating procedures of each entity. The terms of reference should be endorsed by all ACCM constituencies and made publicly available.[1]

Currently, the ACCM has two standing committees, the Executive Committee and the Oversight Committee.  The TORs can be found in the Annexes to this document.

The ACCM should ensure that committees or working groups do not replace the function of the larger ACCM.
